A judged decided to permanently close the Quality Inn in Norwood Tuesday.
Judge Robert Ruehlman heard the case at 10 a.m.
Police issued a restraining order June 2 because of prostitution and drug activity at the Quality Inn.
The hotel owners have transferred ownership to a third party who will determine what to do with the property.
The new owners were given a 24-hour access period to assess damage to decide if they will repair the hotel or tear it down.
