Man shot at Evanston restaurant dies from injuries, suspects charged

EVANSTON, OH (FOX19) -
The man shot at an Evanston restaurant in early June has died from
his injuries, police say.
According to officials, Ledon Shelton, 42, died Tuesday.
On June 4, police responded to a shooting at Jack's Carryout
and Drive Thru on Montgomery Road around 8:15 p.m. Shelton was taken to the
hospital for treatment of a gunshot wound. He was listed in critical condition.
On June 10, police arrested Robert McCallum, 24, in
connection with the shooting. A second victim, Daniel Stallworth, 28, was
arrested on June 16 in Columbus, Oh.
Both suspects have been indicted by the grand jury and are
facing multiple charges including aggravated robbery and felonious assault.
