Man arrested for OVI on a BMX bicycle

FELICITY, OH (FOX19) -

A Felicity, OH man was arrested after running his BMX Bicycle into the back of a Clermont County Deputy patrol car and blew a .201 BAC.

James Johnson, 47, had a very strong odor of alcohol on his breath and appeared to be intoxicated after being stopped from fleeing the scene by Clermont County Deputy Eric Gregory.

Deputy Gregory was parked in his patrol car on the lot of the Payless store at 617 Market St. when he felt something hit the rear of his vehicle around 3 p.m. today.

Deputy Gregory observed Johnson pulling a BMX bicycle out from under the rear bumper of his patrol car.

No one was injured and there was no damage to the patrol car.
