Crime Stoppers: Police seek help in solving Walnut Hills assault

WALNUT HILLS (FOX19) -

Cincinnati Police are seeking the public's help in investigating a felonious assault and breaking and entering incidents that happened last month in the 2500 block of Gilbert Avenue in Walnut Hills.

The first incident was June 22.  Police said a suspect attempted to break into the Mobile PCS store. A passer by attempted to stop the suspect from breaking into business. The suspect struck the passer by in the face with a rock numerous times and took the victim's cell phone.

Police said the same individual broke into the Mobile PCS store at approximately 4:22 a.m. June 24.  A second individual appeared and helped the suspect exit the store.
