Police seek two suspects in Norwood shooting

NORWOOD, OH (FOX19) -

Police are searching for two suspects in connection to a Saturday afternoon shooting in Norwood.

Kenny Townsend, 23, and another suspect got into an argument with the victim near the intersection of Lawn Avenue and Silver Street, according to police. The victim, who police say is a 21-year-old man, was shot multiple times with a small caliber handgun.

The victim was taken to University of Cincinnati Medical Center with reported non-life threatening injuries.

Townsend and the second suspect are still at large.

The second suspect is described by police to go by the street name "AR" and is armed with a semi-automatic handgun. Police say he is 22 years old with tattoos on his arms and wearing a fishing-style hat.

Police ask anyone with information about incident to call Crime Stoppers at 513-352-3040.
