FAIRFIELD, OH (FOX19) -

A 27-day-old baby died Sunday morning at a home in Fairfield, authorities said.

Fairfield police were dispatched around 9:30 a.m. to a home in the 5300 block of Bibury Road regarding a female infant not breathing. Upon arrival, emergency crews found the baby dead.

"Yes, I have a 4-week-old baby at my house," the 911 caller tells the dispatcher. "The mom just woke up with her and the baby's not breathing. I need help, please."

Butler County Children's Services reportedly responded to the same home two weeks ago for a report of two children under the age of five left alone outside.

The Coroner's Office is performing an autopsy to determine the cause of death and The Fairfield Police Department is continuing to investigate.
