Former Cincinnati Bengals tight end Bob Trumpy is the recipient of the prestigious 2014 Pete Rozelle
Radio & Television Award.
The award, presented by the Pro Football Hall of Fame,
recognizes "longtime exceptional contributions to radio and television in
Trumpy began his broadcasting career in 1978 after a
10-year career with the Bengals. He worked Super Bowls, Olympic games and was a fixture on
local radio stations WLW, WCKY and WBOB.
Trumpy will be recognized during the Hall of Fame weekend
this August in Canton, Ohio.
