Good Morning! It's Friday!

A great looking afternoon on tap after a clear morning and temperatures near 60 degrees we will warm to 85 degrees with sunshine and low humidity. FOX19's Frank Marzullo has more LIVE all morning.

Cincinnati Reds second baseman Brandon Phillips will undergo surgery on his thumb today.  He is expected to miss up to six weeks.

Bunbury Music Festival starts at 2 p.m. today at Sawyer Point.  Empire of the Sun is scheduled to headline tonight.  Fall Out Boy and Paramore will headline Saturday night with The Flaming Lips ending the weekend and headlining Sunday night.  Tickets are still available starting at $69 for a one-day ticket and start at $154 for a three-day ticket. 

Cincinnati Police are exploring the idea of splitting districts to better fight crime after Mondays shooting at Piatt Park.
