Three people were arrested and more than ten grams of heroin
were seized from two Butler County homes on Friday.
Authorities say five grams of heroin, a .22 caliber firearm and
more than $4,000 in cash were found after the Narcotics Unit and SWAT team searched
a Parkamo Avenue residence.
Jason Glenn, 34, was charged with possession of heroin,
trafficking and weapons under disability. Marti Lingar, 29, was charged with possession.
An adolescent child was reportedly present when authorities searched the home
and has since been put into the care of other family members.
Authorities searched a second home on Harmon Avenue in the city of Hamilton that yielded
five grams of heroin, marijuana and a large amount of drug paraphernalia,
according to police. Kayla Keith, 23, was charged with heroin possession.
All three subjects were taken to the Butler County Jail.
Butler County authorities say the arrests are a part of Sheriff
Richard Jones' anti-heroin initiative.
