Cincinnati Police are searching for two felony subjects

CINCINNATI, OH (FOX19) -

Cincinnati Fugitive Apprehension Unit are requesting help to find two felony subjects:

  • Dwayne Howard, 31, is described as a black male, 5 feet 10 inches and190 pounds.  Howard is wanted on multiple drug and weapon charges.  Police say they recovered ecstasy pills, heroin prepared for distribution and three handguns during a recent drug investigation. Howard's last known residence was in the 1600 block of Bising Ave. in North College Hill.
  • Vernon Warner, 29, is described as a black male, 6 feet 1 inch and weighs 160 pounds. Warner is accused of selling crack cocaine inside of a candy store on Hamilton Avenue located 1000 feet away from a school. He's wanted for nine counts of drug trafficking and receiving stolen property. His last known residence was in the 7800 block of Reading Road in Bond Hill.

Both subject have had past arrests with Cincinnati Police.
