FORT WRIGHT, KY (FOX19) -

Police are searching for a man who robbed the Bank of Kentucky's Fort Wright branch on Wednesday.

The suspect was dropped off in a nearby parking lot by a driver in a green four-door vehicle prior to entering the bank, according to police.

Authorities say the suspect never displayed a weapon and fled on foot with an undetermined amount of cash. He is believed to have fled north on Dixie Highway.

The suspect is described as a white man aged 20 to 30 with brown hair and a thin beard. Authorities say the driver who dropped him off had a star tattoo on the left side of his face.

The Bank of Kentucky security cameras caught images of the suspect. Fort Wright Police ask anyone with information regarding his identity or the identity of the driver to call dispatch at 859-356-3191.
