CLIFTON, OH (FOX19) -

Cincinnati Police are searching for a suspect who robbed a U.S. Bank Wednesday afternoon.

Authorities say a man, estimated to be approximately 30 years old, entered the bank on Ludlow Avenue around 4 p.m. and handed the teller a note demanding U.S. currency. He then fled on foot with an undetermined amount cash.

The suspect is described as a white man with red hair and a beard, wearing a denim baseball camp and a black "Red Hot Chili Peppers" shirt. Police say he was last seen running south on Whitfield Avenue.

Based on surveillance video, authorities say they believe the man is the same suspect who on Monday robbed the Kroger Fifth Third Bank in Forest Park.

Anyone with information is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 513-352-3040.
