Good morning Tri-State!

Here's what you should expect this morning on FOX19:

There has been a warm up in the Tri-State, after a few days of chilly temperatures. Highs will reach the 80s today. And FOX19's Catherine Bodak and Frank Marzullo are telling you what to expect this weekend.  

Mayor Cranley announced his choice for city manager yesterday as Harry Black, director of finance for the city of Baltimore. We're giving you Black's background and telling you why Cranley chose him.

Butler County Sheriff Jones has sparked some controversy after writing a letter to the Mexican government asking for money to house immigrants. Now some are protesting because of his remarks. FOX19 Kelly Rippin is speaking to both sides of the debate this morning.
