One person is dead and three are injured after an ATV crash in Independence, Ky.
Police were dispatched to Riggs Road around 11:30 Saturday night for an accident involving an ATV.
According to police, Danielle Marsh, 33, was driving the Arctic Cat ATV on a long, steep driveway when she lost control of the vehicle.
Benjamin Marsh, Donald Marsh and Joseph Robinson were all passengers in and on the ATV.
After the driver lost control, the vehicle slid sideways and rolled over two times. Danielle, 32-year-old Benjamin and 64-year-old Donald were thrown from the ATV. They all suffered non-life threatening injuries and were transported to University of Cincinnati Hospital Medical Center.
Joseph Robinson, 35, was pronounced dead at the scene.
According to officials, the vehicle was only meant to hold two people.
The crash is under investigation by the Kenton County Police Department.
