Police: UC students robbed at gunpoint inside apartment

CLIFTON HEIGHTS, OH (FOX19) -

The University of Cincinnati Police Department said two students were robbed at gunpoint Wednesday evening in Clifton Heights.

The aggravated burglary was reported at about 9:30 p.m. at an apartment in the 2800 block of Digby Avenue, located just off of Probasco Street (map).

Police said two suspects used a fire escape to enter an apartment window. Once inside, police said the pair confronted two student residents at gunpoint and took personal property.

A description of the suspects was not immediately available.

Anyone with information regarding the incident is asked to call Crime Stoppers at (513) 352-3040. Callers can remain anonymous and may receive compensation for their information.
