COLLEGE HILL (FOX19) -

A suspect is in custody for a deadly shooting Saturday night outside an apartment complex in College Hill.

Cincinnati police said 29-year-old Reginald Mack of College Hill was arrested and charged in the death of his 28-year-old brother Rayshawn Mack.

Police responded to the 1500 block of North Bend Road around 9 p.m. for reports of a shooting. The body of Rayshawn was found on the street and Reginald was almost immediately arrested, according to police.

Cincinnati Police Captain Bridget Bardua says an argument between the two escalated into the fatal shooting.

Reginald Mack is listed in court records as living in the building that the shooting happened in front of.  He was charged with voluntary manslaughter.

This was the second case of violence involving brothers in the Tri-State on Saturday.  Two brothers in Warren County went to two hospitals after both of them were hurt in what was reported as a knife fight that took place in their home in Wayne Township.
