LEBANON, OH (FOX19) -

The Warren County Sheriff's Office is seeking the public's help in locating a convicted rapist who walked away from a halfway house in Lebanon.

Larry Tumbleson, 41, walked away from the center Aug. 10., authorities said.

Tumbleson was convicted in 2009 of rape, kidnapping and robbery. He spent five years in prison and was released in 2013.

He was sent to the Turtlecreek Center in July, which houses people still under parole and are in between prison and full release.

Tumbleson is required to notify the sheriff's office of any change in his address due to his conviction of rape, the Warren County Sheriff's Office said. He is wanted for failing to notify a change in address as well as a parole violation.

Anyone with information regarding Tumbleson's whereabouts is asked to contact the Warren County Sheriff's Office at (513) 695-1280 or the Ohio Adult Parole Authority.
