CINCINNATI, OH (FOX19) -

City of Cincinnati Human Resources employees have gone to council members with concerns over the operation of the department, FOX19 NOW has learned.

This January, a consulting firm was hired to conduct a climate assessment following allegations of a hostile work environment.

The audit team reviewed the HR department's structure, operations and culture and found a mostly favorable outlook.

Eight months later, HR employees met with Cincinnati City council members Charlie Winburn and Wendell Young with additional concerns about the department.

Young said he plans to speak with the administration next week.
