Good morning Tri-State!

Our rainfall continues to push east with our eastern areas still seeing rain and isolated thunderstorms this morning. By mid morning most if our rain will have moved our and then our dry but chilly weather sets up with temps in the mid to low 70s the next two days. FOX19 Catherine Bodak and Frank Marzullo are LIVE all morning with the latest weather. 

Here's what you can expect Thursday morning on FOX19 NOW:

Memorial services will be held today across the Tri-State to remember the victims of 9/11.  FOX19's Kelly Rippin is LIVE with where those services will be held

There will be moments of silence this morning for those tragic events.

  • 8:46 a.m. - Moment of silence (observance of time American Airlines Flight 11 struck North Tower, houses of worship will toll their bells)
  • 9:03 a.m. - Moment of silence (observance of time United Flight 175 struck South Tower)
  • 9:37 a.m. - Moment of silence (observance of time American Airlines Flight 77 struck the Pentagon)
  • 9:59 a.m. - Moment of silence (observance of time of fall of the South Tower)
  • 10:03 a.m. - Moment of silence (observance of time United Airlines Flight 93 crashed near Shanksville, Pa.)
  • 10:28 a.m. - Moment of silence (observance of time of fall of the North Tower)

NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell announced that former FBI Director Robert S. Mueller III has been chosen to lead an independent review of the "NFL's pursuit and handling of evidence" in the Ray Rice investigation.

A battle is brewing over a skyline view as Mount Adams residents try to block proposed zoning changes to the area.
