The City, County and State already have approved providing $112.4 million to lure GE to the area, making it the most lucrative tax incentive package that Ohio has ever offered.

The building will have nearly 338,000 square feet of office space and is expected to open for operations in 2016.

The company's building will be build adjacent to a building featuring nearly 300 apartments and 20,000 square feet of retail space.
