FOREST PARK, OH (FOX19) -

A Forest Park man woke up to something unexpected Wednesday morning...a car in his yard.

The car ended up next to Andrew Vogel's house after it was involved in a crash with a Hummer on Waycross Road, just east of Winton Road.

According to officials, the car and Hummer were driving in opposite directions when the Hummer tried to turn in to a driveway. The car swerved and wrecked in Vogel's yard.

"It sounded like someone dropped a bunch of two by fours," said Vogel. "I looked out my window and saw a car in my side yard."

Multiple people were injured in the crash but all injuries were non-life threatening. At least two people were taken to Fairfield Mercy Hospital.

Vogel said speeding is consistently a problem on Waycross.

Charges may be filed in connection with the crash.
