Woman injured after motorcycle hits guardrail

SYMMES TOWNSHIP, OH (FOX19) -

A woman was injured in a crash Friday after her motorcycle hit a guardrail.

According to police, the crash happened around 8 p.m. in the 11000 block of Lebanon Road in Symmes Township.

Police say Kay Keifer was trying to go around a curve when she drove to close to the road's edge. Her motorcycle went off the road and hit the guardrail.

Keifer was taken to Bethesda North Hospital. She is in stable condition.

Officials say she was wearing a helmet and drugs and alcohol are not believed to be factors in the crash.
