CINCINNATI, OH (FOX19) - The bond has been set for a suspect who allegedly stabbed a man with a butcher knife downtown last week.
Howard Martin III was arrested Friday after he stabbed another man outside the William Howard Taft Center.
Witnesses said Martin, 41, walked up to the victim around 9 a.m. and stabbed him multiple times with a butcher knife in the face and neck. The victim told police he did not know Martin. Witnesses said the attack was unprovoked, and no words were exchanged between the two.
Martin was charged with felonious assault and possession of an open flask.
He is being held at the Hamilton County Justice Center on $400,000 bond.
