RECIPE: Greek garden salad

  • 1 Anaheim pepper
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 1 each- yellow squash and zucchini
  • 1/2 red onion
  • 1 T italian seasoning
  • Vegetable Oil
  • Pitas
  • Feta Cheese

Slice the peppers, squash and onion into a bowl. Use enough oil to very lightly coat the vegetables, then sprinkle on the seasoning and mix. First warm the pita on a hot pan, then place the veggies into a pan and warm. After about a minute, take veggies out of pan on put into pitas. Top with feta cheese and dressing of choice.
