HAMILTON COUNTY, OH (FOX19) - A Cincinnati police officer was indicted Monday for an incident that took place on Sept. 6.
Officer Kevin Jones was indicted for tampering with evidence, obstructing official business, using weapons while intoxicated and felonious assault.
This incident is not the first time Jones has been charged.
In 2012, Jones was charged with burglary and felonious assault while awaiting in an assault case from May 2012 involving a Megan Thomas. Jones was charged in May 2012 with physically assaulting Thomas and another woman.
