MASON, OH (FOX19) - A Mason father won $1 million playing the Ohio Lottery's 40th Anniversary Millions instant game, state lottery officials announced Tuesday.
Robert Hall says the financial windfall couldn't come at a better time. One of his two sons is starting college.
He purchased the ticket at Mason Marathon gas station, 6391 Reading Rd.
Hall has opted to receive the second-tier annuity prize in $40,000-annual payments over the next 25 years.
That works out to be $28,000 a year after 29 percent mandatory federal and state taxes.
