(FOX19) - Certain kids dream of suiting up and playing for their favorite professional sports team.
For 5-year-old JP Gibson, he was able to play in the Utah Jazz's open scrimmage Monday night.
According to the team website, Gibson was diagnosed with acute lymphoblastic leukemia in 2012.
Gibson was with his parents and his 2-year-old sister when he signed his contract one hour before tip-off, according to the Jazz's website.
In the video, Gibson comes in as a substitute on the bench and dribbles down the court before getting lifted up by a Jazz player to dunk the ball.
