A man snatched a 62-year-old woman's purse in Camp Washington overnight, Cincinnati police said.
The woman was standing outside her residence in the 1300 block of Elam Street about midnight when the suspect walked up from the corner and told her he was robbing her, police said.
He grabbed her purse and ran off. He was last seen heading toward Colerain Avenue.
The victim was not hurt. A weapon was not used in the offense.
The suspect is described as 5-foot-5 and 18-to-20-years-old.
He wore blue jeans, a gray hooded sweatshirt with a red shirt sticking out and white tennis shoes.
