HEBRON, KY (FOX19) - Galerie Candy is known by many in the Tri-State as an outlet store where you can get a great deal on candy, but the 270,000 square foot building also houses the design department, production area, and distribution center for the company.
Richard Ross, a local entrepreneur, started it all.
Ross began selling Jelly Belly Beans inside his first store at Union Terminal in 1980. He followed that with four Jelly Belly factory stores, seven gourmet chocolate and candy stores in locations all over the country.
The company sells and distributes 1,500 confectionery gift products every year, including premium private-label products for top retailers.
Galerie Candy are known for original keepsake gifts like candy-filled tins, interactive toys and collectors' items. It also features seasonal gifts and candy, with showrooms designed for every big holiday.
