Woman extricated from car after crashing into telephone pole

CORRYVILLE, OH (FOX19) -

A woman was extricated from her car after hitting a telephone pole Friday morning.

Police say a 30-year-old woman was driving west on Fredonia Avenue toward Ridgway Road and Reading Road when she crashed into a pole at the corner of Ridgeway.

The car wrapped around the pole after the crash.

Police say the woman was alert and talking when they transported her to University of Cincinnati Medical Center.

The extent of her injuries are unknown.

Police say they don't believe she was impaired.
