No comment from Michael Jackson's attorney on allegations that his fingerprints and those of his accuser turned up on pornographic magazines.
The prosecution and the defense in Jackson's upcoming child molestation trial are under a gag order prohibiting them from discussing the case. But the Santa Barbara News-Press reports that the two sets of fingerprints were on magazines seized from Jackson's Neverland ranch.
Prosecutors could use such evidence to argue that Jackson showed the boy the porn magazine before molesting him. But the defense could contend that the boy had been leafing through the magazines when Jackson wasn't there.
