AMELIA, OH (FOX19) - A teen has died and four people are injured after a crash in Clermont County Saturday afternoon.
The crash happened just before 12:30 p.m. at the intersection of State Routes 132 and 749 in Amelia.
According to the Ohio State Highway Patrol Victoria Koller, 52, was driving a 2012 Chevrolet Camaro westbound on Lindale Nicholsville Road through the intersection of State Route 132. When Koller tried to continue onto State Route 749, she struck a Mazda 6 driven by Amy Hill, 38, that was headed northbound on State Route 132.
Koller, the only passenger in her vehicle, was transported to Clermont Mercy Hospital by Union Township EMS.
Hill had her three children in the car with her: 19-year old Austin Hill and 9-year-old twins.
Austin was transported by AirCare to University of Cincinnati Medical Center. He was pronounced dead on the way to the hospital.
Amy was transported to UC Medical Center by Pierce Township EMS. Police have not released her condition or the conditions of the twins.
Alcohol is not suspected as a factor in the crash. .
The Ohio State Patrol Batavia Post is still investigating.
