CINCINNATI, OH (FOX19) - The eastbound lanes of Interstate 275 shut down Sunday morning at Ronald Reagan Highway after a pedestrian was struck by a vehicle.
Authorities said a man was driving on I-275 just before 7 a.m when he struck a wall. He then got out of his car and was hit by another vehicle.
The victim was transported by ambulance to University of Cincinnati Medical Center. The extent of his injuries is unknown at this time.
One lane is now open, letting traffic through. Police say the remaining lanes should be opening within the hour.
The Colerain Township Police Department is investigating the crash.
