CINCINNATI, OH (FOX19) - A judge set the bond for the 31-year-old Mt. Healthy man who was arrested Wednesday after he was accused of making a bomb and placed it in a public place.
Thomas Bedacht's bond was set Thursday morning at $2,000 for the two charges against him.
Bedacht was charged with unlawful possession of a dangerous ordinance, which is a fifth degree felony, and illegal manufacturing of an explosive, a second degree felony.
According to court documents, Bedacht manufactured a dry ice bomb before placing it in a public location where citizens and children were nearby. The device reportedly exploded, causing alarm to several people.
Bedacht will face a grand jury on Nov. 3.
