Gunman on the loose after nightclub shooting

WINTON HILLS, OH (FOX19) -  A gunman remains on the loose after a shooting outside a Springfield Township sports bar early Friday.

Bullets shattered a windshield about 1:30 a.m. outside Ladies and Gentlemen Sports Bar, 1400 Section Rd. in Springfield Township, police said.

A man inside the vehicle was shot in the arm.

The car pulled away. Police trailed the vehicle to a residence in the 800 block of Dutch Colony Drive. 

Jeffery Smith, 29, and his cousin went inside and refused to come out. A SWAT team was summoned, but the men surrendered before it arrived.

Both men were questioned. The shooting victim was treated and released from University of Cincinnati Medical Center.

The gunman is still at large. Police did not provide a description.
