SPRINGDALE, OH (FOX19) - A man will face a judge Monday for allegedly raping a 17-year-old girl at a party Saturday in Springdale.
Corey Campbell, 28, faces first-degree felony charges, court documents show.
Court documents say the alleged victim was at a party with Campbell and his wife when her sister told her to go to bed for appearing to be intoxicated. Later, Campbell allegedly entered the room and forced himself upon the victim, the court document states.
When confronted, Campbell left the alleged victim and his wife at the party, documents says. The victim say that she did not give consent to Campbell, court documents say.
Springdale Police say they eventually found and arrested Campbell.
Campbell was booked into Hamilton County Jail on Saturday at 9:36 p.m. and his bond was set at $50,000, documents show.
He is due in court Monday morning.
