An 83-year-old man died after a multi-vehicle crash in Clermont County Monday morning.
The accident was reported in the 1200 block of Ohio Pike in Pierce Township just before 8 a.m.
Donald Fleckinger, 83, was driving westbound on Ohio Pike when he attempted to turn left onto a private drive according to the Ohio State Highway Patrol.
An eastbound car driven by Jason Benken, 37, struck his vehicle.
Fleckinger's car then spun out and hit a third car, driven by 32-year-old Amanda Campbell.
Fleckinger was flown to University of Cincinnati Hospital Medical Center by AirCare where he was pronounced dead, patrol officials said.
Benken was taken to Anderson Mercy Hospital with minor injuries.
Campbell was not injured.
Alcohol and speed do not appear to be factors in the crash, according to the patrol.
The incident remains under investigation.
