LEBANON, OH (FOX19) -

A man facing the Death Penalty after he was indicted for allegedly kidnapping his estranged girlfriend from Kentucky and then killing her on Interstate 75 in Warren County will now be held without bond.

Until the indictments were announced last week, Terry Froman, 41, of Brookport, Illinois, Froman was held on a $1 million bond.

That bond was changed to no bond Monday morning when Froman made a brief appearance in Warren County Common Pleas Court.

He returns to court for a pre-trial conference Nov. 14, said County Prosecutor David Fornshell.

Froman also faces charges of murder and kidnapping in Graves County, Kentucky, where authorities say he killed his estranged girlfriend's teenage son before kidnapping Kim Thomas, 34, and shooting her inside his stopped vehicle on I-75 Sept. 12.

He then turned the gun on himself in a suicide attempt.

Fornshell said Froman will face trial for the murder of Eli Mohney, 17, in Kentucky once the Warren County proceedings are complete.
