NORWOOD, OH (FOX19) - A six-week crime investigation resulted in the arrest of 13 suspects accused of drug abuse and trafficking in the area of West Norwood.
Norwood Police announced the results of the bust Friday, saying the trafficking charges were related to heroin, cocaine, opiate pills and marijuana. Drugs, money, paraphernalia and BB guns were reportedly recovered in the operation.
Complaints around Cleveland Avenue, Carter Avenue and Victory Park prompted the investigation, authorities say. It was a part of Operation M.A.D.E, the Norwood mayor's drug enforcement task.
Norwood Police have not identified the 13 suspects arrested in the investigation.
