COLERAIN TOWNSHIP, OH (FOX19) -

A Hamilton County judge set bond at $750,000 over the weekend for a 20-year-old man charged with abducting his own mother at knifepoint and threatening to kill her.

Timothy Hummeldorf of Palmetto Bay, Florida, remains locked up at the county jail Monday morning following his arrest early Friday on charges of abduction and domestic violence.

According to court records, Hummeldorf held a knife up to his mother's right side as she drove in the 9100 block of Round Top Road in Colerain Township and demanded the 41-year-old woman take him to her Ross Township home late Thursday.

He allegedly threatened to kill her once they arrived at the residence because he blamed her for having him arrested on a previous rape charge, Colerain Township police wrote on his arrest slip.
