EAST WALNUT HILLS, OH (FOX19) -

A 49-year-old homeless man faces charges in a weekend break-in at Purcell Marian High School.

Brian Lackey allegedly climbed down an 8-foot drop window well, and broke into the co-ed Catholic school at 2935 Hackberry St. just after 5:30 p.m. Sunday, court records state.

Cincinnati police say he took miscellaneous tools, climbing safety gear and school supplies in addition to keys to the building and a vehicle.

He got caught when he exited the building right where two faculty members were standing.

The men held him - and all the stolen loot - until officers arrived.

Lackey was charged with breaking and entering.

He is scheduled to appear Monday before a Hamilton County Municipal Court judge.
