A father accused of threatening an officer and resisting arrest by using his son as a human shield returns to court Tuesday.
Nicholas Vittoz, 35, was arrested at Paul Brown Stadium during Sunday's Cincinnati Bengals game after being asked to leave because he was intoxicated, court records show.
He allegedly threatened to beat a police officer and then grabbed his son to use as a human shield.
Vittoz was charged with resisting arrest, criminal trespass, disorderly conduct while intoxicated and endangering children.
He appeared in court Monday on most of those charges and was released after being ordered to return for a Nov. 20 pre-trial.
Vittoz appears at 9 a.m. Tuesday on the child endangering charge.
