What's working: Lima Company memorial at Eyes of Freedom

FOX19 NOW is committed to bringing you examples of what's working in the Tri-State.

In the Village of Cleves, the Eyes of Freedom traveling exhibit is now on display.

The exhibit is part of the Lima Company Memorial featuring life size paintings of fallen marines killed on one of the deadliest days in Iraq in 2005.

All of those killed were part of the Lima Company based out of Columbus and included some local marines.

"This is special to us because actually one of the members of the Lima Company who was killed in Iraq went to Three Rivers Schools," said Tom Bailey, Principal for Three Rivers Educational Campus. "David Kreuter, who is pictured over on one of the panels was a student at Three Rivers and his parents and family members still live here in the community."

The display is open to the public through Saturday.
