MIDDLETOWN, OH (FOX19) - A Middletown man who pleaded guilty to robbing a Middletown bank was sentenced to 7 years in jail Monday.
According to the Warren County Prosecuting Attorney's Office, Raylin Robertson, 31, pleaded guilty to a 2013 aggravated robbery.
Robertson went into the Fifth Third Bank on Towne Boulevard on Dec. 2 and demanded money from the teller. He threatened to use a gun if the teller didn't comply. Robertson fled with over $12,000 in cash and escaped in a waiting car, according to officials.
The Middletown Police Department was able to track him down from witnesses who saw the robbery.
