BATAVIA TOWNSHIP, OH (FOX19) - Police arrested the suspect Tuesday who was wanted in connection to a Batavia Township Fifth Third Bank robbery.
Timothy J. Jones, 43, of Pierce Township was arrested without incident for his involvement in the Monday's robbery.
According to authorities, the robbery happened in the 1100 block of Ohio Pike around 9 a.m.
Jones was charged with one count aggravated robbery. He has a bond hearing scheduled for 10 a.m. Wednesday in Clermont County Municipal Court.
The case will be reviewed by the Prosecutor's Office and presented to the Clermont County Grand Jury for consideration of the aggravated robbery and/or any additional charges.
