CINCINNATI, OH (FOX19) -

The Campbell County coroner confirms that two FBI employees had been drinking when their boat crashed in September, claiming both of their lives.

According to a toxicology report, both Bryce Eastlick, 28, and John Stack, 29, had alcohol in their blood streams when their boat hit a barge on the Ohio River in September.

Schweitzer says investigators will have to determine if the consumption of alcohol lead to their deaths.

The off-duty employees died when their pleasure boat collided with a commercial tow boat.
