SYCAMORE TOWNSHIP, OH (FOX19) - Three months ago, a man dressed in a Hazmat suit toting a bucket of dry ice set off panic after walking up to a gas station.
The Aug. 13 episode set off "serious public alarm" and frightened several customers, according to the Hamilton County Sheriff's Office.
The BP gas station on Montgomery Road near Hertz Drive in Sycamore Township had to be shut down for several hours.
On Thursday, a 31-year-old Columbia Tusculum man was arrested and charged with that bizarre incident.
Michael Hunsucker came to authorities' attention last month when he was arrested on several charges including burglary after allegedly kicking in the front door of a home and causing damage inside.
He posted bond and was released from the Hamilton County jail following that arrest.
Hunsucker was booked back into the Hamilton County jail late Thursday on a new misdemeanor charge of inducing panic.
He is held without bond and is scheduled to appear before a judge at 9 a.m. Friday.
