Batavia man accused of videotaping a woman at a tanning salon

MIDDLETOWN, OH (FOX19) -

Police say a Batavia man was caught videotaping a woman at a Middletown tanning salon on Halloween.

The victim says when she got out of the tanning booth at Palm Beach Tan, she was topless and noticed a cell phone raised up over the divider between her booth and another.

Police say the man holding the phone was 43-year-old David Reuss.

Reuss was arrested and charged with voyeurism and inducing panic.

Police have seized Reuss' cell phone.
