A University of Cincinnati student faces charges after campus police say he set off a panic on campus.
Phillip Gallegos, 19, is accused of tweeting he had a gun and drugs in his Stratford Heights dorm room.
According to court documents, the tweet went out to @GoBearcats and @CincinnatiPD around 10 a.m. Monday.
During an investigation, officers say they found marijuana and paraphernalia in his dorm room.
He is held without bond at the Hamilton County jail on charges of inducing panic and possession of drugs and drug paraphernalia.
Since there is no court Tuesday due to Veterans Day, Gallegos is scheduled to appear before a judge Wednesday morning.
