Reporter Megan O'Rourke is live in Queensgate, where demolition is well underway for a new shelter for men as winter arrives, but the project is at a standstill due to a $6 million funding gap. The shelter is part of a $41 million project that includes the construction and renovation of three other shelters, but so far only $35 million in funding has been secured.
